Is the urethane cushioning pad replaceable on this ball mount?

The Curt Rebellion XD Shock-Absorbing Adjustable Ball Mount part # C45949 is a serviceable unit meaning it can be disassembled and put back together if need be. I personally do not think this will be an issue as they use very good material designed not to degrade.
After 5 or 6 hundred thousand miles maybe it would deteriorate and if that were to occur Curt will be able to provide you with a replacement although they are not sold as a replacement part because there have been zero failures I am aware of.
You never know they may just trade you out at that point to be able to research the wear effects with that kind of mileage. Check out the video I made on it linked below for you.
