Can the Kodiak 13" Hub and Rotor be Used as a Oil Bath Hub

Is this hub oil bath? From another answered question. Hub size 4.75” this is considered a hub pilot

The Kodiak 13" Hub and Rotor part # KHR13858E can be used for either oil bath or grease packed lubrication. It does come with a standard grease cap and not an oil bath.
To do oil bath Kodiak 13" Hub and Rotor part # KHR1389E comes with the appropriate cap you will need.
