Replacement Coupler for Crux Expedition Off-RoadTrailer
Question:
I have a crux expedition trailer that came with a bolt on poly block coupler and I want to swap to a 2 ball coupler. Is there a way to do this? Ive search for couplers and nothing seems to fit the A-Frame, so possibly a 2inch ball with a straight shaft like the poly block one.

Whatever you do, there's going to be some fabrication required here, and there's not going to be an A-frame coupler that will fit your trailer judging by the photo. You could weld on a steel tube to the front and install something like the Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - Trigger Latch - Zinc - 2" Ball - Bolt On - 3,500 lbs
Item # CT-3001-Z.
What I think might be the better solution for your Crux Expedition trailer (which are really cool!) would be a Lock N Roll articulating coupler setup. You'd still need to weld some sort of tube on the front of your trailer, but you could then use the Lock N Roll Articulating Channel Tongue Trailer Coupler - 2-1/2" Channel - Trailer Side # 336TS506 on that tube, and pair it with the Lock N Roll Articulating Trailer Hitch for 2" Receivers - Vehicle Side - 11,000 lbs # 336VS501. This would give you a fully articulating coupler, which is ideal for an overland/off-road trailer.
This might be the best solution possible since you're going to have to do some fabrication anyways, so I've attached some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at.
