when I stop with the trailer on it sometimes feels like it pops forward in the coupling and bumps me. Very small, doesnt move me. Also a little lag when you drive off. Is there a problem?

Sounds like a bad shock in your surge actuator. Do you know which actuator you have? If it's a Model 60 like the actuator you referenced the correct shock would be the part # T2336200.
