Power Converter Replacement for Magnetek 6332 for Lithium Batteries

Question:

Hi, Just saw a question and answer that possibly applies to me I believe. Not sure how old the answer is. suggested a replacement of PD4635V. I have a 2000 Bigfoot Truck Camper with a Magnetek Model 6332 Series 6300A Power Converter. It working properly as far as i can tell. I have installed solar on the roof a year ago and everything is good there. What I am planning on doing is replacing my two wet lead acid Deep Cycle Batteries to Lithium. I know the charging requirements are different for Lithium over conventional Wet and AGM batteries so not sure if the PD4635V is the right replacement. Also wondering if the replacement would fit in the same footprint in my camper as the Magnetek 6332 I am looking to replace. Hopefully i relayed what i have and what i looking for and you can give me some suggestions.

We do have a replacement for your Magnetek 6332, though the Replacement Converter # PD4635V is for lead acid, AGM, and gel batteries, which means you will need a different application.

What you will need instead is the Lithium Converter # PD9130LV.

This does not come with the housing but will still work for you. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well.

If you wanted to replace the entire power center then you could use the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 35 Amp # PD4135K. This unit has up to 4 branch circuits and 7 DC fuse ports to handle all the electrical needs of your RV.
