Question:
What is considered a low pressure regulator. Can I just use a hose from the 3\8 copper LP line from my existing furnace to the Wave 6 if the regulator on my exterior propane tank is a low pressure one.

For the Camco Olympian Wave 6 Catalytic Safety Heater # CAM57341, a low-pressure regulator is designated as 11" w.c. (water column), as you can see in the accompanying cut outs I added.
You can go from a hose to the furnace with the Camco Low-Pressure LP Gas Regulator with 6' Long Hose # CAM57703, which has the Type 1 male fitting to connect to the heater and a 3/8 Inch - Female Flare fitting on the other end of the hose, though I'm not sure which connection your pipe has so if you need an adapter fitting I've attached a link to our selection for you to check out.
