Question:
I have a question. Would my car be able to tow a Pontiac Vibe 2009 with the correct car dolly? What would be the maximum weight I can handle? Im thinking about getting a pull behind camper but need to know what I can get away with pulling weight wise. Thank you!

From my research on your 2016 Nissan Altima, it is not recommended to tow a trailer or vehicle dolly. The trailer hitch receivers made for your vehicle like the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24796 you referenced are light duty Class I trailer hitch receivers designed for carrying accessories such as a cargo carrier or bike rack.
If you do decide to tow with your vehicle you will need a custom vehicle wiring harness like the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118731, a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip like the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 1-1/4" Hitches # C45147.
I recommend using a different tow vehicle that is better suited to towing the 2009 Pontiac Vibe and pull behind camper you mentioned.
T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector
Curt Towing Starter Kit for 1-1/4" Hitches - 2" Ball - 3/4" Rise - 3,500 lbs
Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4"
