Question:
I have a legend 28foot aluminum frame trailer, it came with 3500lb axles, one of them bent and broke on a trip, most likely due to overloading, and the other one was bent nursing it to a repair shop. Seeing as its all aluminum and the factory axles were dexter brand torsion axles with a 22 degree start angle, would these axle-less axles fit on my trailer?

The Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System 5200lbs # TASR5200S05 will work on the aluminum frame of your trailer. The easiest way to install the system since you are replacing axles is to add 2x3 tubing between the two axle-less systems to help keep your trailer's frame supported and strong.
Another option since you mentioned that you had 3500lb axles on your trailer is the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension 3,500 lbs # TASR35HDS07. Using a suspension system too far over-rated for the load you plan on carrying can cause the system to be too stiff to function properly, and cause on safe conditions.
I included a video of the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension 3,500 lbs # TASR35HDS07 for you to take a look at.
