Is Demco DM9713093 Kar Kaddy X Fully Assembled

Question:

Would the Kar Kaddy X be shipped assembled or unassembled? And would assembly require special tools and mechanical skills?

The Demco # DM9713093 will arrive partially assembled. The main frame, the tongue, the ramps and fenders are all sub-assemblies that would need to be installed to the dolly as outlined on page # 25 in the linked instructions.

Due to the superior disc brake system used on this particular tow dolly, this is the model I recommend most often. Assembling the dolly requires basic hand tools and is pretty simple if the instructions are closely followed. I'd say that someone with average mechanical ability should have no difficulty assembling the tow dolly. About the only exotic tool needed would be a torque wrench, which many folks will simply borrow from a friend.
