I may have a solution for you, but because a 5-1/2" tall trailer frame is a rather uncommon size, there are limited options. The best option is using a jack with a weld on bracket like the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Weld On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,200 lbs # FTJ120W0301, which has zinc plating designed to stand up to marine use. This is a swivel jack with a pull pin that provides up to 10" of total lift and has a 1200-lbs capacity, so your trailer's tongue weight would need to be under that for this to be an option.

If you don't have the ability to have something welded on to the trailer frame or need something bigger, then the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover - Topwind - 15" Lift - 5,000 lbs GTW # STC-V211 is a good choice. This swivel jack can fit on trailer frames up to 6" tall and 2-3/4" wide, and it can also be used as a trailer dolly to easily move the trailer around or adjust it's positioning in tight spaces.
