Ive seen a range up to 30inch tow hook adapter spacing on center. My question is what happens if the width is 34inch on center? Any major concerns?

The fact that the base plate tabs are spaced at 34 inches apart won't make too much of a difference other than the fact the wider spread will move the vehicle incrementally closer to the rear of the motorhome, and it will prevent the use of a car-mounted towbar like the Blue Ox # BX4330 Acclaim tow bar .
The Blue Ox Alpha, part # BX7380 would be compatible with a 34 inch base plate spread, and is what I'd recommend.
