need a hitch that I put a electric cart on

Since electric carts are typically heavier a higher rated Class III hitch like the etrailer # e98846 would be your best option for a trailer hitch. We have carriers with ramps like the Curt # C18112 which would work great as well. I attached a picture of a mobility scooter loaded on this as well.
