Recommended Sewer Coupler for Standard Threaded Hose

Question:

My sewer hose is 3 OD and 2 1/2 ID. Will the E-Z Coupler Self Threading RV Sewer Hose Adaptor with Bayonet Fitting Part #F023101 work for my hose and do you have to install the black washer before you screw the adaptor into the hose?

The EZ Coupler Self-Threading RV Sewer Hose Adapter w/ 3" Bayonet Fitting - Red # F023101 will fit with your sewer hose. You will not need to use the black sleeve you referenced at all. That is intended for a pinched style hose connection versus the screw on style that is far more common.
