Question:

Need to have a recommendation on the right tow bar to pull 2006 Wrangler with tube bumpers behind motorhome. Can I use the tube bumpers to do this? Tia

You sure can! You'll just need a base plate that's compatible with the double tube bumper like # RM-521424-5 from Roadmaster, which is a fit unless the Jeep has front leaf springs. You'll also need a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring harness, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high/low adapter if the installed height difference of the base plates and the receiver on the motorhome is greater than 3 inches.

For a tow bar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All-Terrain, part # RM-522. The all terrain tow bar will self align, and will allow you to connect up without binding up even if you're on uneven terrain. For safety cables, use # RM-643. For a wiring harness, use # RM-15267. I like a portable braking system like the Roadmaster Even Brake, part # RM-9400. A portable system wont require a complicated and possibly expensive installation and can be transferred to a different vehicle in the future if need be.

When the base plate I recommended is installed, it will sit 17-1/4 inches above the ground, assuming the vehicle sits at factory ride height with the stock 215/75-15 tire size. If this height is more than 3 inches higher or lower than the receiver height on the motorhome, you'll need a high/low adapter to level the tow bar to within that range. I'll link you to the various height high/low adapters we offer.
