The proper Sidewinder Wedge for a Curt A Series 5th wheel hitch like # C16180 is part # C16992. The wedge sits in the hitch funnel, and prevents the king pin from rotating in the hitch jaws so the Sidewinder can rotate at the point there the pin box mounts to the trailer frame.
