Is There An Offset 5th Wheel Install Kit for a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500

I have a 2500 short bed will this work I think I need something that mounts back like 4 inches of so

The correct Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 is part # C16420-204. This kit will place the kingpin over the center of the axle. That said, it sounds like you are looking for a kit which will move the kingpin behind the rear axle. I assume this is to improve turning clearance but is unfortunately not an option. The kingpin needs to be placed over the rear axle or as close as possible to achieve an acceptable ride quality. If you need more turning clearance you'll have to looking into a sliding fifth wheel hitch for which I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16521.
