Question:
Tire clearance is 2” enough from inside of tire to frame rails. The axles I have now are too close to the frame rails. The center of tire to tire is 84” and have only 3/4” on the inside tire clearance on both sides. The frame is 74 3/4” wide from outside measurement. The frame is 4” wide. What would be the correct axle length and spring centers.

The Timbren 7k Axle Less kit part # TASR7KS01 that you referenced would fit without clearance issue since it attaches to the side of the trailer frame and then puts the spindle at a distance away from the trailer frame that would not cause issue.
As far as a straight axle to replace what you have you'd have to measure from hub face to hub face and then add in the additional clearance you'd need.
