Will this work in 6.4 ft bed ? The 5th wheel is designed to not interfere with cab. i have the OEM puck system

Yes the Curt A25 fifth wheel hitch # C16046 does fit the OEM rail kit of your 2016 Ram 2500 and since you have a fifth wheel trailer designed for short bed clearance you'd have no issues with sharp turns either.
