I do have an option that will help with maneuvering a trailer around in tight spaces but there are no front mount trailer hitch options for a 2015 Toyota Highlander, roadworthy or not. Instead, I recommend the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover part # STC-V211. The Trailer Valet 5X bolts onto the trailer tongue and then allows you to move the trailer via a chain drive system which works with a either the hand crank or a power drill. It will work in grass no problem as well.
