Will a 14 inch wheel fit in the cradle of the HLY84FR?

The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack part # HLY84FR will work with kid's bikes that have 14" wheels if you obtain the Kids Bike Wheel Hoop Adapters part # HRSW-ADP-2. It says 16"-18" but we have heard back that it work with 14" wheels as well. I have attached a photo for reference as well used on these smaller wheels. The photo I believe has 12" wheels.
