The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13420 is what I recommend for a 2021 Kia Telluride (All Models Including SXP). It features an easy, bolt-on install so even someone with minimal experience can install this themselves at home, with common tools. It has a hidden design which means the crosstube is hidden behind the bumper so all you see is the hitch opening. It's also made here in the USA. I have attached an install photo below.
If you'll be towing, I'd also add the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118784 and etrailer Ball Mount Kit part # 989900 for a complete setup.
