You can use the Curt # C16420-204 rail kit on your 2012 Ram 3500, which will give you a rail kit to install a 5th wheel hitch like the Curt # C16115. This is a custom installation kit, so minimal drilling if any will be required. This rail kit can be used for any 5th wheel hitch that installs in industry standard base rails.
