Can you transport 17’ kayaks on a 2020 Toyota Highlander while towing an Alto F2114 trailer? If so, which roof rack is recommended.

I don't see why that would be an issue as long as you install a roof rack confirmed to fit your 2020 Toyota Highlander like the Yakima Jetstream part # Y00426, # Y28TR, # Y06153, and # Y06132 which gives you a very high quality and aerodynamic rack that would work great with a kayak carrier like the JayLow part # Y04073.
