The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch part # BWRVK3770 is my recommendation for a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 (6-1/2 Foot Bed with OEM Prep Pkg). It's a direct drop-in fit so no dealing with adapters. It has 1" thick dual locking jaws for a tight grip on the kingpin which provides a smooth ride.
