Correct Rear Camper Tie-Down for a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 Short Bed

Do you sell the Torgue bracket TL54FR separately. When bought my 2019 Silverado this was not offered from Etrailer. So only bought the front bracket. Thanks.
