We have exactly what you are looking for.

I recommend the etrailer Hitch Receiver and Coupler Lock Set # e99039 which includes a 5/8" diameter lock for a 2" trailer hitch receiver, and a 1/4" diameter lock for the trailer coupler. You can get two of these sets keyed alike by selecting keyed alike from the drop down menu on the product page, and changing the quantity to 2.

Thats not a problem! For the 3rd hitch lock I recommend the etrailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches # e98881 which is designed for wide 2" hitches and 2-1/2" hitches. For the coupler lock you will need the etrailer Trailer Coupler Latch Lock # e98889. As long as you select the keyed alike option from the drop down menu, and order the two products mentioned and the two # e99039 at the same time they will all be keyed alike. I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
