Will 20k Reese Goose Box Mount in Same Kingpin Bolt Holes for Bed Rail Clearance

Hi First off, great website and a ton of great products and information! I have been doing a lot of research as we plan on purchasing a Grand Design 337RLS 5th wheel. I have watched I think every video on the second generation Reese Goosebox 20k. I really like it and am 99 sure this is the way to go. My question is ensuring I have enough bed rail clearance on my 2020 GMC Sierra Denali 3500. Will the Goosebox install in the same kingpin holes or lower so 7 clearance can be had? Thanks in advance

Thanks for the kind words, and the answer to your question is yes, the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - 20,000 lbs # RP94720 will mount in the same kingpin bolt holes. In fact, it has a pair of mounting options, and I have added cut outs from the linked installation instructions of the lowest mounting positions for you.

I also added an image of the dimensions of the Goose Box for you to use as a reference. The Reese Goose Box # RP94720 will work as a replacement for Lippert 1621, 1621HD, and 0719 pin boxes, and will also work to replace the Lippert 1716, though with the 1716 you will also need the Spacer Kit # RP61301.
