Four feet of clearance is quite a bit, but there is one configuration that I found that might work.

Since you have a 2020 Ford F-350 Super Duty, you probably have a 3" receiver. With this, you can add the TorkLift Cannon Hitch Extension, part # TLE1636. This will extend 36" out. It's max towing weight is 3600 pounds and the max tongue weight is 360 pounds. However, with a weight distribution system, those are increased to 7200 pounds and 720 pounds, respectively. So, you will need to weigh your trailer (especially the tongue weight) to ensure they stay under those limits.

For the weight distribution system, you can use the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution w/ Sway Control, part # BXW0753. This has a max towing weight of 8000 pounds and max tongue weight of 750 pounds.

The shank on this is not long enough to get the missing 12" from the extender, so you will need to replace it with the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution Shank, part # BXW4001. This has a length of 12".

That shank fits a 2" receiver, but the extender is 2-1/2", so you will need to use the Blue Ox Hitch Reducer Sleeve, part # BX88187. I've linked to a video review of this sleeve for you to look at.

This combination depends on you having a 3" receiver and a trailer tongue weight under 720 pounds, so if your setup does not match this, let me know.
