It sounds like you are looking to install the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000EZ on your 2016 Ram 1500.
When we had a chance to install this kit on a similar 2019 Ram 1500 Classic, we mounted it right in front of the rear cab mount on the passenger side frame rail with the included U bolt that wraps around the frame as you can see in the included video.
