In order to install a hitch mounted bike rack on a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze you first need a trailer hitch, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24882 is what I recommend. This can then be used with any hitch mounted bike rack rated for use with a class I hitch. The best one really comes down to the bike type.
