The Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Carrier # TH963PRO comes with a key and lock cylinder to secure the bike rack to the vehicle, and also comes with a cable lock to secure the bike to the frame. If you need a replacement key and lock cylinder for the bike rack, you first need to remove the old one by using the Universal Change Key # 853-1251. Once your current lock cylinder is unlocked, insert this universal change key to remove the lock cylinder. You can then install your new lock cylinder Replacement Lock Cylinder # THLOCKN053 with key # THKEYN053.
