I have two similar Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 applications I'd recommend for your F150.
If you live in a marine environment, or the vehicle will be frequently exposed to saltwater, I'd go with the
# AL89385 LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Plus, which features internal jounce bumpers, stainless steel roll plates, air lines and hardware for great corrosion resistance.
If your vehicle won't be exposed to a saltwater environment, the standard LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate system, part # AL88385 would be a fine choice. Both these systems are compatible with in-bed gooseneck or 5th wheel hitches and provide up to 5000 lbs of support.
If you were interested in the lower capacity Ride Control system, the # AL59516 you'd looked at isn't compatible with your truck, you'd need to use # AL59570 which is NOT compatible with in-bed hitches.
You might also be interested in an on-board compressor system like # AL25856 which would allow you to add or remove air pressure from the system with the push of a button from the comfort of the cab as you're rolling down the road.
I've linked to installation videos for the air helper spring kits and the compressor system I recommended above.
