I have a 2020 F250 crew with the 6 3/4 bed and will tow a Grand Design reflection.Do i need a slider?

Generally speaking yes, you will need a sliding fifth wheel hitch in order to make full turns while towing a fifth wheel trailer with a 2020 Ford F-250 Super Duty with 6-3/4' bed.
