Question:
etrailer installed an Rv tow package on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. I want to install a tow hitch on the back. Since tail/brake/turn signal lights already modified, how do I best tap into the diode side with the original Jeep input? The harness you show doesnt look like it will work.

For your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness Item # 118786. Adding this harness does not affect the diodes that were previously put in plate for your flat tow set up. The diodes are spliced in after the factory plug on the back of the tail light. The wiring harness plugs directly into the factory plug and wouldn't interfere with each other.
As far as adding a hitch I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Item # e98835. This hitch has a 350lb tongue weight rating and a 3500lb towing capacity. If used with weight distribution the tongue weight goes up to 400lbs and the towing weight goes up to 4000lbs.
