Does item #AM20354 come with a high pressure valve stem? I am installing load range D tires on these wheels.

The valve stem included with the Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 14" x 6" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20354 is the Americana Rubber, Snap-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long - # AM20903 which is rated for up to 65 PSI which is what a Load Range D Tire commonly uses.
If you would rather have a valve stem that is rated higher I recommend the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem - 1-1/4" Long # AM20906 is a great option that is rated for over 100 PSI.
