My recommendation is the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame # 76194 for your 2019 Volvo XC90. This is a custom fit Class III hitch with a maximum tongue weight of 900 lbs. if you require wiring a suggest the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118683. And the etrailer Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches # 989900.
There is second option of the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH27FR. This is a completely hidden hitch with receiver removed, providing complete concealment keeping your Volvo XC90 aesthetically same as from the factory. If factory similar aesthetics are not a requirement then I would suggest the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame # 76194.
