Hello, I own a 76 x 49 Pioneer Platform RR42102B. I plan to take it off of a 2014 4Runner that utilizes the Backbone Mounts, and install it on a 2003 4Runner. Will I be able to use the VA Conversion Kit RR43246 with Vortex SX Legs RRSX100 to mount this rack on the 2003 4Runner?

Yes, you can transfer your 42102BF Rhino-Rack Platform Rack to raised side rails by using the RR43246 Rhino-Rack Pioneer VA Conversion Kit, along with the Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs # RRSX100.
