The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-521453-5 is a great option for a 2021 Jeep Wrangler. It can then be used with any Roadmaster motorhome mounted tow bar and not require the use of the crossbar. I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-522 but have attached a list of all options below.

Please note, just because the tow bar comes with the crossbar does not mean it's required.
