I would be happy to recommend a replacement roof vent for your Sunday 109, but we do not have a break down of which exact fan was used by manufacturer.
The standard roof vent opening is 14" x 14" so the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote - Powered Lift - 10 Speed - White # MA00-07000K would be a great option due to it having a 10 fan speeds, a powered lifting lid, and a thermostat that will keep your RV to the temperature you set.
The included remote will allow you to completely control the fan and adjust the thermostat or fan settings.
I also recommend using the Roof Vent Installation Kit - Sealant, Butyl Tape, Screws - White # 344270KITW to make sure you have a leak free install.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
