Can use a rola 59109 type trailer hitch storage system on a Toyota 2021 Camry if we didnt weigh it down too much...maybe just carry clothes. Thanks!

If you installed the Class II Draw Tite hitch part # 36643 on your 2021 Toyota Camry you would not be able to install and use the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR since it will only fit 2" hitches. Your Draw-Tite hitch has a 1-1/4" receiver.
Instead, you could use a flat carrier like the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier for 1-1/4" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs # 63155.
