Based on my research your M1101 trailer has a GVWR of around 3400lbs, so for a replacement axle I recommend taking a look at the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Straight Spindle - Off-Road Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR35HDS01 which will bolt to the frame of your trailer and replace your current axle and suspension setup.

The # ASR35HDS01 is designed for wide off-road tires meaning it would give you the extra clearance you need to run the typical wide off-road tires found on the M1101.

For electric brake assemblies I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # AKEBRK-6.

The correct hubs will be dependent on the bolt pattern of your current wheels, so I have included a link that goes over how to measure your bolt pattern.

Once you know your bolt pattern the options for this set up are the 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-5UC3-EZ, 5 Spoke Utility # 8-174-5UC3, or 8 on 6-1/2 # 42866UC3-EZ.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
