The # BWGNRK1314 B&W Turnover Ball gooseneck hitch you'd looked at is for the previous generation truck and wouldn't work in your 2021 Ram 3500. No worries though, the # BWGNRK1320 for the current generation will fit perfectly into the pre-existing frame bracketry in place on your 2021 Ram 3500 as you can see in the linked video. You won't need the ball kit, as the ball and the safety chain loops are included.

If you'd like a bed-mounted 7-way so you don't have to run the trailer connector up over the tailgate, you can install one using part # 50-97-410.
