Can Two Yakima ShowDown Kayak Carriers Be Used Together

Question:

Sirs I have a 2019 F150 super crew cab, 5.5 ft bed and would like to know if I can install 2 Yakima Y04081 kayak rack systems on my truck. If so, what added parts will be needed to complete the full installation. Thank you

The Yakima ShowDown Kayak or SUP Carrier and Lift Assist part # Y04081 requires about 42" of crossbar space. Therefore, you'd wouldn't be able to realistically fit two side by side. I'd suggest using the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier part # e98878 for the other kayak.
