We sure do! The Draw-Tite Class III hitch, part # 75540 is a confirmed fit for the 2021 Lexus RX 350. For a trailer wiring harness, use # 118255. For a ball mount, you'll need # 2923 and for a trailer ball use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
