We sure do! The Curt Class III hitch, part # C73DR is a confirmed fit for the 2021 Lexus RX 350. For a trailer wiring harness, use # C56217. For a ball mount, you'll need # C45010 with pin and clip # PC3, and for a trailer ball use # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2-inch ball.
