Question:
Could you recommend a new coupler for my 1973 Airstream 31 foot travel trailer. It requires a 2 5/16 ball. Also would like to do a bolt on since there’s wiring in the square tubing a frame. The weight is around 7500 pounds.

There is one A-frame coupler that accepts a 2-5/16" hitch ball and fits the bill perfectly that I really like, which is from Demco:
- Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # DM16680-52
The reason I like this Demco coupler so much is because of its super easy to use latch system, called an eZ-Latch, which just stays closed all the time, until the coupler goes over the hitch ball and it just snaps on. That's all there is to it. This is also a bolt-on coupler like you wanted, and is rated at 21,000 lbs so it is more than enough capacity for your Airstream. It also has a nice silver finish which I think goes really well with the traditional Airstream look, which is cool bonus.
I do recommend adding a coupler lock as well, the Master Lock Trailer Coupler Lock # ML389DAT.
I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Demco 50-Degree A-Frame Trailer Coupler # DM16680-52.
