Troubleshooting 3500lb Electric A-Frame Jack on 2020 Ford F350

Question:

I recently received a RAM 3500lb cap Electric A-Frame Jack with a 7 wire connector. Installation went fine but when I connected my 2020 F350 there was no power to the jack. No light, no motor, nothing. I then plugged it into my 2014 Tundra and it worked fine. I am leaving in a few days with the F350 and this trailer and it needs to be working. Please help.

It sounds like your 2020 Ford F350 may either be missing or have a blown fuse or relay. Some newer trucks will even not have the relay installed on the charge line portion of the 7-way plug. I would consult your owners manual to see if the correct fuses and relays are in place or if they are damaged. It looks like it should be fuse # 26 (30 amp) of the under hood fuse box.
