We do not have replacement parts for the Summit Promaster bike rack nor do we carry that bike rack. Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer to verify if replacement parts are available.

I will make a few recommendations in case you decide to purchase a new bike rack in the near future. If you have a ladder on the back of your Winnebago RV with 1" tubing then you could use Stromberg Carlson Ladder Bike Rack - 2 Bike Carrier # LA-102. This can hold 2 bikes up to 25lbs each.

If you have a trailer hitch receiver on the back of your RV then you can use Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY84FR. This fits bikes with up to 5" wide tires and has a weight capacity of 80lbs per bike. If you do not have a trailer hitch receiver then you can use Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703. This is a universal receiver that fits rv frames that are 22" to 72" wide. I have attached demonstration videos for these products.
