Fastway no longer has a dual ball mount with the two hitch ball sizes you are looking for but we do have the 180 Hitch Dual Ball Mount part # WS54FR which does and would work great. This fits the 2 inch hitch size and can do a drop of up to 8 inches or a rise of up to 9 inches.

The most similar option we have with the 6 inch drop instead is the part # AM3411 which has the ball sizes you are looking for. The 2 inch and 1-7/8 inch ball setup isn't as common as you'd think which is why not all manufacturers have the exact setup you need.
