There are a few differences between the Curt A25 part # C16180 and Curt Q25 part # C16265. The most notable is the jaw design. The A-Series has a dual interlocking jaw system which forms a much tighter grip on the kin pin therefore provides a smoother ride. The Q-Series has dual locking jaws but they don't interlock. The A-Series also has a one pin head removal system which helps when frequently installing or removing the hitch. The dampening mechanism built-into the head is different as well. The A-Series is the newer model and what I recommend.
