I currently have a Reese slider hitch in my 13 chev 2500. Want to go with the Q20 curt slider. Will this fit my mounting rails I currently have in my truck?

Yes the Curt Q20 slider fifth wheel hitch part # C16536 will fit the same rail kit you have now that your Reese slider hitch was installed in.
